Acceptance of Booking
We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, such as the unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price of the product or service or an error in your order. As there may be reasons why we cannot fulfil your order, your contract with us will only come into existence when we advise you that we have accepted your order and receipt of your payment has been confirmed.
Menu Selection and Changes
Menu selections and final numbers must be received 5 days prior to the booking date. At our discretion, any changes to the menu within 5 days prior to the event may incur extra charges. All menu items are subject to the availability of produce at the time of the booking. You will be informed of any major changes to the menu due to the unavailability of certain produce.
Prices of services and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. For larger bookings the deposit amount will be agreed upon once menu selections are confirmed.
Full payment for the booking must be received 5 days prior to the booking. Payment on the day of the booking can be made with agreement from us.
Credit Card Payments
We accept Mastercard and Visa Cards for payments. A 1.5 % bank processing fee applies to all transactions. Sorry we do not accept AMEX.
All prices displayed will be the total purchase price, inclusive of GST.
If you need to cancel a booking please inform us immediately. If the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the booking, the full deposit amount will be returned. Bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to the event will not be refunded. If the booking is cancelled once the full payment has been made, we reserve the right to refund an amount less any expenses we may have already incurred relating to your booking. If, in the unlikely event, cancellation by us is required you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
We use the information you provide to us to help manage your booking and meet your needs for the success of your event or service. We may use information about your food preferences and dietary requirements to develop a specific menu for you. Your information is confidential and is never shared with third parties.
